Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Don’t forget to pray, to ask the Holy Spirit for guidance and put your vote in the box today. It’s Election Day 2024.
I am so glad that God isn’t limited to a box. Whenever I have put limits on him, or how I feel he should move, or how I think it should be, I get disappointed. When I see him working outside the box that I have put him in and see with eyes of faith, things change. God is sovereign and he can do things any way he would like. It’s his world, his people and I want to be a part of what he is doing on the earth today. What about you? Ready for a good day?
Let’s Pray:
Father, lead us today as we vote. Holy Spirit guide us as we put our vote in the box today. Father, forgive us when we have put you in a box. You are a limitless God, and you work all things out for our good. (Romans 8:28) Your Word tells us in Psalm 24 that the earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it; for you founded it on the seas and established it on the waters. We continually look to you for guidance.
Father, today we pray for America and the voting process. We pray for peaceful encounters at all the polls. Together all across this globe we join our faith together and pray the Lord’s Prayer from Matthew 6. Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
