The Jerusalem Post reports that Alan Dershowitz, a respected U.S. criminal defense attorney and former Harvard University law professor, is assembling a team to defend Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant in light of the International Criminal Court‘s (“ICC”) arrest warrants issued last week. The arrest warrants allege that Netanyahu and Gallant committed war crimes during Israel’s ongoing battle against the Hamas terrorist organization in the Gaza Strip.
Dershowitz stated that “by issuing arrest warrants…the court is seeking to equate the terrorism of Hamas, which murdered, raped, and kidnapped approximately 1,450 Israelis, mostly civilians, with the self-defense efforts of Israel to prevent a promised recurrence of [October 7, 2023].”
Netanyahu responded publicly on Thursday evening (11/21/2024), condemning the arrest warrants, stating that “[t]his is a moral bankruptcy that undermines the natural right of democracies to defend themselves against murderous terrorism.”

The U.S. State Department opposes the ICC’s investigation into Israel’s military action in its war against Hamas, Hezbollah and Iranian terrorism. According to the State Department’s website HERE, “[t]he ICC has no jurisdiction over this matter. Israel is not a party to the ICC and has not consented to the Court’s jurisdiction, and we have serious concerns about the ICC’s attempts to exercise its jurisdiction over Israeli personnel. The Palestinians do not qualify as a sovereign state and therefore, are not qualified to obtain membership as a state in, participate as a state in, or delegate jurisdiction to the ICC.”
My brothers and sisters, it’s hard to overstate the seriousness of the antisemitism sweeping across the globe at this time. It seems to this writer that the deceit of Satan has blinded and corrupted the minds of countless persons and governments around the world – including right here in the United States. One needs to look no further than what we routinely see reported on mainstream news broadcasts, including the actions or statements of students and faculty in our colleges and universities! The evidence is all around us if we will seek the truth and allow the Lord to give us the spiritual eyes to see!

It is hard to believe that in 2024, roughly 80 years from WWII, the lessons of the holocaust have been forgotten!
As Christians, we should not relent in praying for the Jewish people and the nation of Israel, which comprises the Holy Land where Jesus was born, lived, crucified, resurrected (defeating death and bringing eternal salvation) and is the very location where Jesus will gloriously return to earth to establish His reign and peace on the earth.
Whoever desires peace must seek Jesus! The Bible tells us that the government will rest upon the shoulder of the Prince of Peace.
Isaiah 9:6 (NKJV)
“For unto us a Child is born, [u]nto us a Son is given; [a]nd the government will be upon His shoulder [emphasis mine]. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
I’ve said it many times before, but it is so very critical that we remember what the Bible has to say about the Jewish people and Israel.

The world is suffering from the scourge of evil brought on by the false god of Islam, leading Muslim terrorists to kill God’s chosen people. Lord have mercy! According to the Bible, Satan is the deceiver of the whole world and he comes to steal, kill and destroy.
