A Crisis? Disturbing Changes in Evangelical Giving Could Harm Churches, Ministries

“The takeaway is that there has been a change over the last three years in terms of the generosity of the evangelical community, both toward church and toward nonprofit organizations or charities,” Mark Dreistadt said. “We’ve seen a drop in giving across the board.”

The cross I have pictured is made by Dwight Kastendiek of Grants. He sends his hand made crosses to us give out as we minister on the streets and byways.

We have had a down year in giving to FGGAM. I saw this coming over a year ago.

It is sad to see. The Lord has sustained us for almost 14 years; that is when He established FGGAM. We started with nothing but GOD! That is the key! GOD! GOD has given us the resources to continue, God determines the future of us all. We have no debt! God told me never go in debt! Don’t fight Him! Hear Him! Obey Him! Stay in the fight! It’s been a dry spell here at FGGAM

Never go into debt to establish a ministry. God will give you the resources as you go, that is if GOD told you to start in the first place. Never start anything unless God has told you to do so.

Infinity Concepts and Grey Matter Research found the “proportion of evangelicals giving to church fell 13 percentage points from 2021, constituting a 17% decrease in giving,” according to a press release. More Here
