Are Churches And Pastors Being Denied Access To Visit Illegal Immigrant Children?

Unbelievable and I ask all to lift this matter in prayer!

This is not an argument concerning the political battle ongoing concerning the humanitarian crises on our borders and how to stop or control it. That’s a different matter, however, I have to question why our clergy are being denied access to help the children who are already here.

We thank Todd Starnes of Fox News and the Christian Headlines.com where a recent report by Mr. Starnes informs us that Pastors and churches are being denied access to provide ministry, toys or other materials to illegal immigrant children from Central America in Texas and Arizona.

Will the White House lift the ban on Christians volunteering at overwhelmed detention camps packed with illegal immigrant children on America’s southern border?

That’s the question Texans Chris Liebrum of the Baptist General Convention, Arne Nelson of Catholic Charities and other religious organizations raised with President Obama in a brief meeting in Dallas following reports that federal officials have turned away Christian groups bringing toys, blankets and food to the gates of the camps.
