The IDF carried out raids on several suspected terrorist hideouts in the West Bank overnight Tuesday, killing one individual who was part of a mob attack on the soldiers sent to arrest a suspect. Seven other individuals were taken into custody. Meanwhile, Public Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch visited the French Hill neighborhood in Jerusalem on Tuesday to reassure residents that law and order would be preserved in the capitol, despite riots in some areas over recent days.
