KKIMFGGAM News has learned that KKIM AM 1000 Christian radio in Albuquerque has been sold to Wilkins Radio.

KKIM has served New Mexico for 42 years.  American General Media the owner of KKIM,  is selling its two Christian  stations to Wilkins Radio. Wilkins subsidiary Wild West Radio Corporation will acquire 1000 KKIM Albuquerque for $587,500. The deal gives Wilkins a second station in the market joining 1190 KXKS.

This hits close to home for me, as I managed the station for nearly 8 years until the Lord called upon me and Sharon to establish FGGAM. I am so ever grateful for my years at KKIM, it preached life into me, it changed my life, it increased my walk with Jesus Christ! Amen!

I pray that Wilkins will continue to carry on the strong Christian tradition that Mr. and Mrs. Frank Donald Hall started in 1972.
