Despite the airstrikes, opposition groups reported that the Islamic State (IS, formally ISIS) terror militia beheaded nine captured Kurdish fighters on Wednesday, including three women.Meanwhile, terror bombing attacks against an elementary school in an area of Homs controlled by the Assad regime Wednesday killed dozens of people including several children. Homs Governor Talal Barazi described the blasts as a “terrorist act and a desperate attempt that targeted school children.”
