Dear friends of our Lord Jesus Christ,

We love you all so much!

I just got a text from Lucy in Midland, Texas saying there is so much sadness going around….I read this by Charles Spurgeon last night…”Let us banish every fearful thought, and rejoice with exceeding great joy, in the prospect that this year we shall begin to be “forever with the Lord.”

And this, one of my favorite verses from the Bible, from John 18:37….”You are right in saying I am a king. In fact, for this reason I was born, and for this I came into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.” Now you see why the world is such a messy place. Many, yet, do not know Jesus, the Truth. They listen to the dark side.

WINDOM AREA FRIENDS: I come to you today with a very heavy heart to tell you that Mary (Harrington) Thompson lovely wife of Malon Thompson of Windom, Minn.  passed away. Mary was just 57. Many of you know that Mary had MD. I was in their wedding 37 years ago in Windom. Mary and Malon are so special, Dear, Dear people. Please pray for peace and comfort for Malon and the whole family. I talked to Malon last night and this morning as we shared good memories, even about our snowblowing ministry we had for a couple of years in Windom!! It was to help elderly folks who could not clear their driveways and sidewalks. We always had a blast together!

Last night I also got a call from Ted Peters of Windom, Minnesota. Please pray for Ted he is living alone at 86, his wife and two daughters have passed away to heaven. Many of you that read this CUP know Ted from his days as a bus driver and Custodian at the School. Please look him up and show him the love of Jesus Christ. Amen!

I also want to let you know that Wannel Pate FGGAM Board Member  underwent surgery yesterday to remove a cancerous growth from her breast. Her hubby Bob called me yesterday to let me know that she is doing great! PRAISE GOD! Please keep praying for Wanell, for complete healing in Jesus name.

Please pray for our friend Michael. I have come before you before on Michael’s behalf. Yesterday he was sentenced to 2 years in prison for being in a car that had marijuana in it. Please keep him in your prayers, I had the blessing of talking to him and praying with him before his hearing yesterday. What a very polite and loving young man. Please keep his family in your prayers also. Let us pray for an early release for Michael.

I need to do some catch up here as I have been so very busy. Yesterday I was on KKNS 1310AM in Albuquerque as the guest of Pastor Mark Tross. What a blessing! We have been very busy with ministry works and radio appearances and much else. Our oldest doggy Buffy is slowing down keep her and us in your prayers please it is a tough time. I know you animal lovers out there understand, they are like family! Buffy has been by my side for almost 14 years! I thank the Lord for all our furry friends that He has given us! Amen! They have made me a better man of God……more loving and forgiving! Amen! PRAISE GOD THE CREATOR OF ALL!!!!! Daily Cup

A friend of mine passed away a few days ago in Sidney, Montanta where I worked radio and did sports.  Ron Ewing was a coach and when I worked with him he was Athletic Director. Great man, was a Sgt. in the Marines. Ron is a hero in the Sidney area and will be missed! He always got me the information I needed to do my job as play-by-play announcer for KGCX! God Bless the memory of Ron Ewing!
