Republican Jeb Bush offered a vision of a more robust U.S. foreign policy on Wednesday, saying the strategy toward Islamic State should be one that “takes them out” and not to engage diplomatically with the militants. In a Chicago appearance, Bush, a possible Republican contender in the 2016 U.S. presidential election, sought to lay to rest any concerns that his foreign policy views might be influenced by the presidential legacies of his father and brother.
