You are not a spiritual failure and God is not ignoring you!
A new way of looking at prayer may help us all overcome doubt that tempts us to give up!
Grace can be described as the freely given unmerited favor of God!
Grace can be understood as the Spirit of the Living God Operating in us!
So why, do we doubt God’s ability or love for us sometimes?
Do you ever ‘feel’ that God isn’t answering your prayers?
If we ask God for a miracle, God will ask us to take a step of faith! BUT Faith works best when we remember God knows more!
Prayer was never designed for the purpose to be a problem solving technique …
Supplication & Faith were!
God designed prayer as an instrument of intimacy between Him and us.
Trials and tests have permission to come to us in this world for a purpose that is set by God …as Heaven is a prepared place for prepared people! We are being prepared and strengthened by God!
We are called to LOVE with the pureness of patience and kindness; and PRAY for each other and in all things, but NOT WITHOUT TRUST IN GOD.
Trust in God is where FAITH comes in!
Prayer is according to God’s will!
Doubts are good to admit in a Christian life because they are a part of our growth and maturity … as we are learning HOW to persevere through problems and doubts, so that God can bring us to a place of unshakeable faith!
Do you ever feel like Jonah and feel like taking the easier road? Never-the-less there is a call on your life that you cannot ignore!
Or perhaps, you feel like giving up in another area of your life?
What is your temptation to feel doubt or frustration MORE than you are looking higher to God …
Have you begun to doubt that God has good plans for you and that HE can do something good in your life?
When we pray … don’t forget the VALUE of “never the less, God, YOUR will be done!”
When we pray, we can want to pray for rescue, BUT consider the VALUE in Praying for God’s help for me to endure this … “Roll your works upon the LORD…commit and truth them fully to HIM and HE will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will (AMP)!
What is it that is out of your control?
If you are tempted to do less, seek how to do MORE!
If you have nothing to give, Give MORE!
If you are empty inside, serve MORE in doing something good that God has put on your heart to do!
Above all, be aware that Satan uses judging to halt our efforts for God!
The Golden rule…do unto others as you would have others do unto you … So NOW you are also in the position to judge when others don’t do the same as you understand!
Remember God looks at our hearts -each and every one and ONLY God knows our heart better than even we do!
Grace and JOY … remain in Peace = This is your strength for Today!
Prayer & Supplication … but God is reminding me that Prayer is communication with HIM, so that I can hear His Voice living in and whispering inside of me about what I must do to make a change “as far as it depends on me”.
Supplication: a humble and sincere appeal to somebody who has the power to grant a request & that somebody is God in whom we can place our whole faith and trust in!
To God be the glory, I pray this is a blessing to you as well as me …
I don’t have it all figured out, But God does … Follow Jesus. amen.
