New Mexico Legislators voted last night to prohibit abortions in or after the 20th week pregnancy! 
The New Mexico House of Representatives passed the bill 42-26. All 37 House Republicans voted for the bill plus 5 Democrats. The bill now goes to the Senate. Let’s see what Democratic Leader Michael Sanchez does with this bill in the Senate. Let us cover this movement to end late-term abortion in our prayers! In Jesus name, Amen!
The Albuquerque Journal reports that it has been years since an abortion bill has cleared committees and gotten as far as the floor of the House or Senate. Parental notification legislation passed the Senate in 2007 but was killed in the House.
