There is an appointed time for everything

timeEccl 3:1

There is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every event under heaven — (NASU)

TO EVERYTHING there is a season, and a time for every matter or purpose under heaven ( Eccl 3:1, AMP)

Recently I heard one word in my Spirit, Timing! One of the definitions that the dictionary gives about this word is the selecting of the best time for doing something in order to achieve the desired or maximum result.

The Significance Of Time

Created time is pregnant with what resides deep within the eternal desire of the Father’s heart—that being the full expression or full manifestation of sons! IN THE BEGINNING… on the animated canvas of creation, born from the spoken Word, time emits the timeless—the eternal purpose in the Divine Expression of the Son. That which is continuously, eternally, begotten of the Father—the Son—brings eternal life.In this unfathomable Person, the Son of God, we have the Gift of eternal life. Our quest in this “season of time” is simply one thing—TO KNOW HIM!

[For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may in that same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection [which it exerts over believers], and that I may so share His sufferings as to be continually transformed [in spirit into His likeness even] to His death, [in the hope]

That if possible I may attain to the [spiritual and moral] resurrection [that lifts me] out from among the dead [even while in the body].

Not that I have now attained [this ideal], or have already been made perfect, but I press on to lay hold of (grasp) and make my own, that for which Christ Jesus (the Messiah) has laid hold of me and made me His own. (Phil 3:10-12, AMP)

 Two Trees

Deep within the importance of this hour there has been a beckoning to prepare the way of the LORD inwardly, continuously, fervently, wholeheartedly. It is the essence of Bridal paradigm. One who sets her affections completely on Him as the object of love.

Knowing about God and knowing God is vastly different—they are two trees. The former can all too often come from the “tree of knowledge”—intellect to intellect. However, the latter, knowing the Person intimately, is the true purpose—it is relational – spirit to Spirit.

The Vision

In a vision I saw the waves of the sea rising and falling upon a sea shore in continuous motion true to its design. All other components that normally would accompany the typical seaside scene were not apparent to me. God was telescoping in on one undistracted thing to clearly convey His message of importance. In this vision I understood that purpose sits at the boundary of the sea where the pavement of wet sand meets the water. There I watched the footprints in a short distance disappear as the water gently collapsed and washed over the shore. The rhythm of the sea suggested to me to be “time”. Suddenly I noticed the Lord’s footprints though I did not see Him bodily, His presence was imprinted in the sand. A hush washed over me as all meaning was purposed in the eternal moment in which He stood. There within time was the Timeless…“now time” published in a vast endless way.Everything created disappeared in my thoughts though it existed in the belly of time because the One greater, the Creator himself was proclaiming His “all in all”…I AM!

But the fact is that Christ (the Messiah) has been raised from the dead, and He became the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep [in death].

For since [it was] through a man that death [came into the world, it is] also through a Man that the resurrection of the dead [has come].

For just as [because of their union of nature] in Adam all people die, so also [by virtue of their union of nature] shall all in Christ be made alive.

But each in his own rank and turn: Christ (the Messiah) [is] the firstfruits, then those who are Christ’s [own will be resurrected] at His coming.

After that comes the end (the completion), when He delivers over the kingdom to God the Father after rendering inoperative and abolishing every [other] rule and every authority and power.

For [Christ] must be King and reign until He has put all [His] enemies under His feet. [Ps 110:1.]

The last enemy to be subdued and abolished is death.

For He [the Father] has put all things in subjection under His [Christ’s] feet. But when it says, All things are put in subjection [under Him], it is evident that He [Himself] is excepted Who does the subjecting of all things to Him. [Ps 8:6.]

However, when everything is subjected to Him, then the Son Himself will also subject Himself to [the Father] Who put all things under Him, so that God may be all in all [be everything to everyone, supreme, the indwelling and controlling factor of life]. (1 Cor 15:20-28, AMP)

The Moment We Realize God’s Purpose—His Recreating Forces Are Released To Us

All that resides apart from Him is as a vapor. It vanishes in time like the footprints in the sand. The journey isn’t driven by purpose in the sense that purpose is of itself the object. That would be like a cart absent from the life within the horse.

The vision conveys the simple truth that purpose eternally exists within the Person—the Son of God. His Divine Expression governing and living through us, not us living through a purpose apart from Him. “All my fountains [life] are in you” (Ps 87:7, NIV).

Our Identity Is Meant To Be As One In Him

Is our spiritual awareness captured by the One greater than…all things? Do we see the majesty of His footprints where everything else escapes the heart and mind? It is there that we find true everlasting purpose—only in Him—the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last (the Before all and the End of all), Timeless and the Creator of Time…I AM…JESUS!

And He [further] said to me, It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I [Myself] will give water without price from the fountain (springs) of the water of Life. [Isa 55:1.]

He who is victorious (overcomes) shall inherit all these things, and I will be God to him and he shall be My son. (Rev. 21:6-7, AMP)
