Anger is like shrapnel, it strikes everybody in reach, as you spew forth anger, it goes into the walls of your home and work place, wherever you spew forth your anger. More importantly it goes into the hearts and souls of your loved ones and it hurts very much. Anger causes much harm that can last a life time, many take the wounds you caused to their grave. I mention that fear and worry are an addiction, yes they are! It becomes part of you. You know no better. After a patch of rough times, Mark Gensel
found himself addicted to drugs and alcohol.
