In another blow to the plans of US President Barak Obama to battle the Islamic State (IS, formally ISIS) terror militia, newly appointed Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi on Wednesday declared his utter rejection of the use of foreign troops on Iraqi soil. “Not only is it not necessary,” we don’t want them,” he said. “We won’t allow them.
