This facility sounds like a prison from hell, and it’s right here in New Mexico. How on earth did it get to this point? At the Sierra County New Mexico Jail if an inmate was willing to have sex with certain guards or take nude photos, any drug would be made available to them. This fact is well-stated by numerous inmates and jail staff interviewed by the Truth or Consequences Police Department and Sierra County Sheriff’s Office.
