Bloomfield-10-Commandments-monumentThe Albuquerque Journal is reporting this morning that a Federal Judge is scheduled to decide this week if a 3,000 pound monument with the Ten Commandments inscribed on it can stay on the Bloomfield, NM City Hall’s front lawn. The American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit to have the monument removed on behalf of two plaintiffs who practice the Wiccan religion and says the monument puts forth the message that they city endorses a particular religious belief. Alliance Defending Freedom is representing the City of Bloomfield. Let us pray over this situation that the 10 Commandments are able to stand in Bloomfield! I am tired of the God given right to proclaim our Christian heritage being trampled over!
