Happy barks and tail wags from me, KRAMER the Weather Dog. Dewey and I have a long weather history together (I’ll tell you about it some day) and he’s asked if I would join him on FGGAM webpage and be an official weather dog again. EZ answer, “WUFF, yeah, I’ll do it with bells on my collar and a waggly tail.”
So here we are, a big ol weather change in New Mexico today, so what better time to get started! Hang on to yur hats cause it’s fixin’ to get blustery.
Well, last night I was all bundled up in my mom’s cloud comforter anticipating SNOW.
Well, I’m not sure if I just got a little too excited or if those two-legged weather dudes got it ALL wrong, but I woke up to wet….a wet, wet, world- no WHITE stuff. Grrr……
Anyway, so not only is it wet, but the sun is playing hide ‘n seek. So…no basking in my usual sun-shiny spot:
OK….so for today, it’s wet from last night around and about all we have lingering is poodles…uh, I mean puddles here and there. BUT, later today a cold front from the north will move in a it’s gonna get C-O-L-D for tonight and tomorrow morning. If you have outside pets (heaven forbid, unless they are horses and cows….and goats since they would eat your furniture and candy) bring them IN THE HOUSE!
I’m pretty sure this is accurate for northern New Mexico and Albuquerque and surrounding areas. Mom keeps me on a pretty tight leash so I don’t get out to roam, you know, check the weather, as much as I’d like. Down south and in other parts of the country?…well, you’re just gonna have to rely on those two-legged dudes and dudettes for the forecast. I’ll talk to Mom about broadening my weather scope.
Until next time, it looks like it’s is a partly cloudy…and snowless…day here in the Jemez Mountains of northern New Mexico….grrrr.
Woof…and out, KRAMER the Weatherdog, reporting from Los Alamos!
